THE JURY'S MOTIVATION

The winner of the Women's Board Award 2018 has – in her own words – been both spoiled and privileged to have always worked in highly professional and international environments.

Based on her extensive experience in supply chain, distribution channels, brands and branding, she has built a complete strategic and commercial toolbox within general management.  She currently uses it as Group CEO of CSM Bakery Solutions in the US, where she was included in Insight Success' recognized list of the 30 most influential women in American business in 2016.

In this connection, she said:

In the boardroom, she is known for her ability to put her leadership experience into play.

She has a reputation for being a professional, focused and active sparring partner who asks the essential questions in such a way that the management feels constructively challenged and helped in the process of arriving at solutions.
