The effort was subsequently honoured with a special statement.
"Diversity in management is an important competitive parameter in the global arena. The Women's Board Award is not about equality based on a principle of justice, but about understanding business potential. At the same time, we need to optimize the value of the highly educated Danish women, into whom we have invested a lot of expensive education dollars."
Gunnar Eckbo
My vision and goal is to focus on optimising the composition of boards and the quality of work in order to optimise results and faster growth for start-ups and fewer losses for established companies.
By focusing on Nordic competence transfer at board level, Nordic companies in particular will increase global competitive advantages.
