CRITERIA
The Women's Board Award is a role model award that highlights women with potential, experience and skills that qualify for the next step in their board careers as board leaders.
Primary criteria:
- The candidate is part of – or previously part of – management group / Group Management for a minimum of five years in a company with +700 million DKK in turnover.
- The candidate has 5-10 years of board experience from larger companies, + DKK 500 million in turnover.
- The candidate cannot currently hold a position as head of the board of a company with a turnover of more than DKK 100 million, but is considered to have the potential to do so.
In addition, it counts that:
- The candidate has had a clear progression in her career and proven that she can handle the responsibility for larger and/or new business areas.
- Have competencies in a particular area that is considered to be crucial in future board work.
Implicit is also that:
- The candidate is interested in taking a position as head of the board within 24 months.
- The candidate shows an interest in being a voice in the public debate in relation to the DE&I agenda.
