The purpose of the Women's Board Award is to promote diversity in top management levels by focusing on initiatives that step-by-step pave the way for more women on boards.

At the annual award ceremony, we pay tribute to a woman who is considered to have the format to be a role model for future board leaders of both genders. The award is thus a communicative platform where the jury, partners and candidates, individually and collectively, can contribute to Danish companies and boards of directors keeping up with developments and meeting the requirements for optimal gender balance.
