Britt Meelby Jensen receives the Women's Board Award 2024

The Women's Board Award has been awarded in Denmark since 2014. The award has its roots in the Norwegian Gabrielsen Award, which was established in 2010.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the award is to increase diversity in top management and turn the negative focus from gender and equality to a positive focus on competences.

CRITERIA
BLANK

The nominees have 5-10 years of experience with performance responsibility in a larger organization and are potential candidates for a position as head of the board.

EVENTS
BLANK

The award winner is chosen by an impartial jury of experienced board leaders. The award is presented every year at an event for invited guests.

JURY

The jury members has been selected to ensure both national insight and international outlook, and is actively engaged in the debate on diversity in management, especially with a focus on gender.
